Fictional Story: Rosemary & her godchildren (10-14-21)

Kalamazoo, MI

Grand Rapids, MI

Rosemary Singleton 50, who is single and don’t have any children of her own is a proud godparent of her really good friends Phil 48 & Joni Stuckey 44 five children and been to all of the Stuckey’s children’s baby christenings. Rosemary from Kalamazoo, MI drives about 47 minutes to the Stuckey family home in Grand Rapids. Mr. & Mrs. Stuckey have 5 kids. The oldest boy Philip, Jr, 15, Jake 13, the second oldest, Amber 9, the third oldest, and fourth and fifth oldest twin boy and girl (Ronnie & Rita) 6, Ronnie is 2 minutes older than his baby sister Rita. Rosemary hooked up with the Stuckey’s 15 years ago to be exact.

Rosemary and the Stuckey’s met when Phil and Joni were newlyweds. Neither of them had experience caring for a newborn when they had their first born. Rosemary have been babysitting since she was 13 and she knew how to change the baby or babies' diapers and Rosemary knew when a baby or babies were hungry or tired. Here is how Rosemary became godmother to the Stuckey family 5 children, the Stuckey’s could never get a babysitter when Phil and Joni had to go to work. Rosemary would watch the Stuckey’s children when they had to go to work or go out of town on business to visit Phil or Joni Stuckey’s in-laws.

The very first time Rosemary picked up the Stuckey’s oldest Philip and put a pacifier or bottle in Philip’s mouth when Philip was a toddler, Philip was always quiet. Rosemary had an instinct of a mother on how to help the Stuckey’s baby or babies no matter who was crying on how to keep them from crying. Rosemary was good at helping the Stuckey family children with their homework. Rosemary would read the Stuckey’s children bedtime stories, and Rosemary made wonderful desserts like white chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin caramel pie, and apple streusel crumb cake. Rosemary bounded with the Stuckey family so well that the Stuckey’s a long time ago decided that it was left up to Rosemary to set a price on her salary. Rosemary never really cared about that kind of thing because her friendship with the Stuckey’s is worth much more to her than money. Rosemary spoils her godchildren no matter how often she babysits for the Stuckey’s.
