Fictional Story: The Christopher Sanders Story 6/12/13

 


Birmingham, AL 

Christopher Sanders at age 42, was born and raised in Birmingham, AL. Chris Sanders talks about what it was like growing up with just his mom raising him, his older sister Leslie, and his younger brother Brandon mainly all by herself. Chris talks about his drug addiction, how his mom and dad divorced when he was 1 1/2 years old, and how a woman by the name of Marion Peterson led him to the Lord at The Church at Tuscaloosa. Chris tells a testimony about what it was like being the middle child and how God changed his life after he spent 10 years in jail.

My name is Christopher Sanders. Everyone who know me just calls me Chris. I came from a background where my mom was mom and dad to me, my older sister, and younger brother. I felt like I was always caught in the middle when we had problems. If you are the middle child in your family, then you know what I mean. I always felt that my mom gave my older sister more attention because she was her only daughter, and they could relate to each other better. I felt that my mom gave my younger brother more attention because he was the baby of the family. I felt that by me always being caught in the middle of everything I found an excuse to get into some trouble.  When my mom and my father divorced, I was going on 2 years old, my older sister was 5 years old, and my mom was expecting my little brother. So, at the age of 10, some of the older kids introduced me into smoking. I found it difficult to try to cope with missing my dad and him not being around, so I thought smoking was a way to cope. I got hooked on smoking cigarettes for 6 years. By the time I was 14 years old, I met up with some drug dealers on the streets, who had introduced me to cocaine. I was caught in the middle of some serious problems, and I thought at the time that doing bad things were cool. By the time I was 18 years old, I was doing drugs and selling drugs to minors. When you hang out on the streets you start to learn some things. One of the things I learned was how to sell drugs. The same way the grown teenagers sold drugs to me when I was a minor, was the same way I sold drugs to minors. By the time I graduated from high school, I was locked up for 10 years in jail for doing drugs and selling drugs. My older sister and younger brother were the complete opposite of me and didn't get into trouble like I did. When you have a feeling of wanting respect, you seem to think that what is bad is good; it's when you're screwed up in the head, you don't realize how much of an idiot you are until you are in lockup.

Meanwhile, I had a chance to serve my time in jail. I remember going to church services since I was 5 years old up until I started getting into trouble when I was 10. What I will never forget is when I went to church services in Tuscaloosa, how the pastor used to give altar calls for people who wanted to give their life to Jesus Christ and be saved. At age 28, I will never forget how a beautiful brunette hair woman with beautiful green eyes named Marion Peterson led me to the Lord. Marion was also 28 and she was led to ask me some questions.

Marion: "Do you know that Jesus died on the cross for your sins and that he loves you?"

Me: "I don't know Jesus but would like to know him."

Marion: "Would you like for me to pray with you?"

Me: "Yes."

Marion: "Okay what's your name?"

Me: "Chris Sanders."

Marion told me to bow my head and close my eyes and that's exactly what I did.

Marion: "Dear Heavenly Father we are here today praying and in agreement today Lord, Chris want to know you and be saved and cleansed and made whole. Lord please bless Chris and show him your love and no matter what Chris has done that you forgive him of all his sins. Chris desires to live for Jesus and is tired of living for Satan and living in sin. Chris desires to have a great relationship with you and thank you for sending your only begotten Son to die on the cross that Chris and everyone's sins could be forgiven. And father God please send a labourer across Chris's path to be a blessing to him and that your perfect will be done in Chris's life in Jesus name, Amen!"

Marion had given me the following Bible verses: Romans 3:23 (KJV) "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 6:8 (KJV) "Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him." John 3:16-17 (KJV) "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosever believeth on him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved." Ephesians 2:5 (KJV) "Even when were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved)."

I remember thanking Marion and bawling like a little kid. Me and Marion kept in touch by calling each other and I joined The Church at Tuscaloosa and 4 years later, I asked Marion Peterson if she would marry me, we not only got married but we have a beautiful baby girl named Helen who is now 5 years old. Marion and I have been married 10 years now. God sent the right woman across my path, and I give him all the glory.

Fictional Story: Waitress cheers up military veteran who was laid off from his job 5-21-19

 



A beautiful blonde hair woman with beautiful blue eyes named Colleen Goode noticed something different from one of the customers that she was waiting on that didn’t look right. This particular customer looked sad. The customer’s name is Max Taylor, a Navy Veteran, who served in the military for 15 years, just got laid off from his job from working at Furniture Factory Bar & Grill in Huntsville, AL. Colleen, a waitress at Waffle in Huntsville has a conversation with Max.


Colleen: Hi I’m Colleen your waitress and I will be taking your order. Are you ready to order or do you need more time to look over the menu?

Max: (Melancholy) Can I just get a glass of water please?

Colleen (Concerned): Sir, is everything alright? You don’t look like everything is alright.

Max: (Depressed) I’m alright Ma’am but thanks for asking.

Colleen: (Very Concerned) Sir, are you telling me that you came to Waffle House just to order a glass of water. Something is wrong now what’s the matter?

Max (Opening Up): Well, I just got laid off from my job that I’ve been on for 12 years and I’m a Navy Veteran. I’ve served on active duty for 4 years and in the reserves for 4 years and worked on staff for 3 years. I’m really depressed because me and my wife just separated from each other. I’m sorry to bore you with my problems Ma’am.

Colleen (Relieved): Sir, you didn’t bore me at all. Thank you for your service. Order anything off the menu that you would like sir. Don’t worry about the bill, it will be taken care of.

Max: Ma’am you don’t have to go through the trouble. I will pay the full price for the cost of my meal.

Colleen: Sir, not another word. This bill will be taken care of so don’t you worry about a thang.


Max ordered waffles, bacon, omelet, and orange juice. After Colleen put in the order for Max’s meal, Colleen paid for Max’s meal. When Max got the bill, the balance was $0.00. Max gratefully said, “Ma’am thank you so much for what you did for me. I really appreciate it!” Colleen responded, “Sir, thank you for all you’ve done putting your life on the line fighting overseas so that we could be free.” It’s an honor to serve and do for soldiers in uniform serving and fighting for our country!” Colleen really understood what military veterans go through after listening to Max’s story.

Fictional Story: Caleb West vs. Todd McNeil (Heavy Weight Championship) 10-26-18

 Todd McNeil 35 went through a tough heavy weight bout with then champion Andre (Killer) Morris back in April of 2012. McNeil upset then heavy weight champion Morris in Madison Square Garden. McNeil knew that he was going to have to put his title on the line because that is what champions do. McNeil has a record of 38-5 since becoming heavy weight champion. With that being said, McNeil would face an unknown (wildcard) in Caleb West 33, who has a record of 33-5


Who is Caleb West? No one really know who West is. West grew up in a dysfunctional family where his father was an alcoholic and he used to beat up on West’s mom, and West father was abusive to West, his older brothers, and his younger sisters. West, West’s mom, his older brothers, and younger sisters ran away to get away from the violence. West, West’s mom, West’s older brothers, and West’s younger sisters stayed with their mom’s parents in Harrisburg. On the streets of Philadelphia was West boot camp when the family moved back to Philly when West was 10. West found himself being jumped in the hood for his coat, tennis shoes, and money when the bullies used to beat West up for his money. West fist fought with 3 or more people often leaving West on the losing end with black-eye’s, bloody-nose, and bloody-mouth, and marks all over his face. West was not your typical boxer, never went to the boxing ring because West was a street fighter. So, what made West decide to step into the ring with McNeil? It’s simple. A guy by the name of Henry Baldwin, a trainer who saw potential in West. Henry took West under his wing and taught West how to use a level-headed approach to boxing. Henry taught West how to be disciplined. Henry simply told West to never let up whenever he has an advantage over his opponent.

Meanwhile, a very nervous Todd McNeil and McNeil’s trainer Vinnie discussed McNeil’s title defense against challenger West.

McNeil: Vinnie, this Caleb West guy wants a piece of me. I’m nervous I don’t know what to do. Please can you train me for this fight?

Vinnie: I don’t want to get involved kid.

McNeil: But Vinnie, you got to train me or else this guy is going to pound me.

Vinnie: Did you not understand what I said to you? I said I don’t want to get involved kid! I don’t want to have to put you in a cart while the ambulance hauls you to the hospital when this kid beats the crap out of you kid!

McNeil: Vinnie I thought that you were my friend. Now you are telling me that I have no chance at retaining the heavy weight title.

Vinnie: Let me tell you something kid. When you fought you had heart, determination, passion, and guts when you fought all of those other fighters. You have not had that heart, determination, passion, and guts anymore. I’m not here to carry you through all of your title bouts kid. The reason you’re nervous is because you became soft and that’s why Caleb West want’s what you got, that is your heavy weight title kid.

McNeil: I beat Andre (Killer) Morris in his state of New York to beat Morris for his title. 

Vinnie: The kid didn’t have the heart to put you away kid. As your trainer and as a friend who looked out for you since you were 13, I saw a heart of a champion and since you’ve won your title you’ve become washed-up and like a bum. I didn’t train you to become a bum kid. I’m not going to train you against a guy that is more prepared for you and more ready for you than you are for him kid.

McNeil: Then I will fight this alone! I don’t need you Vinnie, I don’t need anybody.

When a trainer and a boxer is disconnected like Vinnie and Todd McNeil appear to be that is disaster for the boxer.

Meanwhile, Caleb West has a chance to talk with his trainer Henry before his title bout with Todd McNeil. 

Henry to West: Be aggressive, be quick, most of all be smart, kid! This bout is set to go 3 rounds kid. Don’t waste your punches and remember you are a wildcard, so people don’t know your boxing skills. Stay cool and don’t engage in trash talking.

West to Henry: Thank You I will do my best and try not to let you or everyone else in my corner down.

The announcer just before he announces the fighters, there was singing of the national anthem. 


First, the challenger at 6′ tall weighing at 235 LBS here from Philadelphia, PA and a record of 33-5, Caleb West. The crowd had mixed reaction of cheers and boos when West name was announced. And here is your heavy weight champion at 5′ 11″ weighing at 230 LBS and a record of 38-5 and who is originally from Scranton Todd McNeil. The sellout crowd was on their feet as McNeil got a standing ovation, probably the biggest surprise was when Vinnie came to McNeil’s locker room to show support for McNeil. 

Vinnie responded, “Kid ain’t no way on earth that I’m going to let you fight and I don’t show up kid!”

McNeil answered, “Thank You, Vinnie.”

The ref announced to the fighters, “I want a clean fight. No rabbit punches, no hitting below the belt. When you come out bump gloves.” 

The bell rings for round 1: McNeil is catching West with jabs to his face and head. West comes back with an uppercut to McNeil’s face and jabs to McNeil’s face. McNeil answers with an uppercut to West’s ribs. West is catching McNeil with lightning quick jabs to his face and an uppercut to McNeil’s stomach. The bell rings and it’s the end of round 1 and West wins round 1. Both fighters go to their trainers.

Henry to West: “Kid, do not trade punches with this kid. You don’t want to fight this kid style, make him fight your style.”

Vinnie to McNeil: “Kid, you are right in this fight but remember this kid wants what you have, your heavy weight title. Stay focused because this kid is.”

The bell rings for round 2: West is catching McNeil with lightning quick jabs to his face and head. McNeil tries to uppercut West in the jaw but West dodges it and uppercuts McNeil in the face. West is catching McNeil with uppercuts to his ribs and stomach and more lightning quick jabs to McNeil’s face. McNeil is trapped in the corner and West is taking advantage of it with uppercuts to McNeil’s face and ribs. West sends McNeil to the ground with an uppercut to the jaw. The ref counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 but McNeil gets back up. West catches McNeil with jabs to his chest and face. McNeil looked lost and have not been able to throw any punches since West have taken control of this second round. McNeil holds West and catches West with uppercuts to the ribs and face. McNeil tries to uppercut West in the jaw but West dodges it and uppercuts McNeil in the face that sends McNeil back to the ground. The ref counts 1, 2,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and McNeil is out. The ref announces, “McNeil you are out! The winner and the new heavy weight champion Caleb West.”

Todd McNeil never thought that his title defense would end with McNeil being knocked out in the 2nd round like that. Caleb West had this to say after his victory. “I’m Caleb West, I am honored to be given a chance to face Todd McNeil for his heavy weight championship. Even though, I’m the new heavy weight champion, I would be glad to give Todd McNeil a rematch for his heavy weight title.” The crowd that once had mixtures of cheers and boos for Caleb West chanted, “Let Caleb and Todd get their rematch for the heavy weight title!”

Fictional Story: Sandra Hodges Interviews Heavyweight Boxing Champion Todd McNeil 6/16/17

 



Live on 610AM Sports Radio in Philadelphia, PA with host Sandra Hodges. Sandra Hodges asks Heavyweight Champion Todd McNeil about his fight with former Champ Andre (Killer) Morris who Todd McNeil beat in an upset that people are still remembering.


Sandra: Good Afternoon everyone tuning in. I am Sandra Hodges and I’m your host for 610AM Sports Radio in the city of brotherly love in Philly. My guest on today’s show via telephone is the Heavyweight Champion Todd McNeil. Good Afternoon, Todd!


Todd: Good Afternoon, Sandra and thanks for having me on your radio show.


Sandra: Your welcome and I’m glad that you can take the time out of your busy schedule to do this telephone interview. I wanted to ask you some questions.


Todd: Ask away Sandra!


Sandra: You challenged then Champion Andre Morris for the Heavyweight Title 5 years ago. Can you please tell me what made you have the courage to step in the ring to fight someone who was so dominant in boxing like Andre Morris?


Todd: Actually, I was nervous when I challenged Andre Morris to the Heavyweight Title.


Sandra: Were there any doubts that were in your mind that had you thinking that there was no chance that you could beat Andre Morris for the Heavyweight Title?


Todd: Yes. Andre Morris had such an intimidation on his face, he looked like he wanted to “punch my face in.” I had to give him my best in order to have any chances of pulling off the upset and stop Andre Morris’s undefeated boxing record.


Sandra: What was it like for you growing up Todd?


Todd: I’m originally from Scranton, PA and I lived in Scranton for 13 years. I grew up in an environment where we were taught not to fight. People trashed talked each other but it never led to fist fighting. I moved to Philadelphia where trash talking lead to fist fighting. I lived in Philly for the past 21 years.


Sandra: I’ve read about how you had to deal with bullies moving from the suburbs of Scranton and into the ghetto of Philly. What was that change like for you Todd?


Todd: When bullies used to beat me up, they were of very few words. Either I give them what they wanted, or I got beat down. Getting beat down as often as I did my trainer came to me and said, “Hey kid who are you?” I told my trainer Vinnie, “I’m Todd McNeil!” Vinnie said these very words to me that changed the way that I looked at bullies beating me up. Vinnie said, “You don’t deserve getting the crap beaten out of you every day like this, let me teach you how to fight kid!”


Sandra: Did challenging Andre Morris to the Heavyweight Title motivate you that this is how you and anyone who have been bullied can stand up to bullies?


Todd: Yes. If you let the bully know that you’re not a coward either the bully will back off and leave you alone or the bully will wind up being your friend.


Sandra: Can you tell me what were you thinking in that last round when you won the title against Andre Morris?


Todd: Sure. Andre Morris always sets you up in the corner with jabs and uppercuts, when you are trapped in the corner there is nothing anyone can do. Andre Morris does his famous haymaker. I’ve watched him do this a lot of in his fights. While me and Morris were fighting back and forth, I had Morris up against that corner and when Morris tried to move back, he was trapped against the ropes. I uppercuted Morris and pulled off the upset.

Fictional Story: Todd McNeil vs. Andre (Killer) Morris 4/7/12

 



 











Brooklyn, NY (This is Andre Morris rough neighborhood.)






Scranton, PA (This is where Todd McNeil is originally from and grew up here until he was 13 years old.)


Philadelphia, PA (This is the neighborhood where Todd McNeil moved to from Scranton when he was in the 8th grade and all through high school. Vinnie his trainer used to come in this neighborhood to teach Todd McNeil how to fight.)

Andre Morris grew up in Brooklyn, NY where he was known as killer because of his killer instincts. He knew where to hit people where it really hurts and would knock out people with his famous uppercut or quick rabbit punch. Andre Morris came from a background where his parents were strung out on drugs and his grandparents raised him. Practically all of his life, Andre Morris had to fight on the streets to survive. At the age of 15 Andre Morris started going to the boxing ring to learn how to box. Andre Morris was trained by Gus who taught him everything that he knows and at the age of 28 Andre Morris has an impressive record of 35-0. Andre Morris beat the best in New York and he KO 30 fighters along with winning the other 5 fights by TKO. Andre Morris was well trained by Gus during his practices and Morris won titles after titles. Morris won the heavy weight title when he knocked out former Champ Herman Burns in the second round.

Meanwhile, a scrawny kid by the name of Todd McNeil came from Scranton, PA. This kid learned how to fight because he used to get beat up by bullies in the 8th grade and all through high school. Vinnie would invite McNeil to the boxing ring to teach him how to fight because McNeil used to have black-eyes. Todd McNeil decided to finally learn how to fight when he was 18 and he went through light weight boxing matches where he would learn to develop as he would fight different fighters from all parts of Pennsylvania. A bum named Richard Newton went the distance with Todd McNeil when they fought in Philadelphia. This fight was the worst light weight fight that the crowd in Philly had ever seen. The 2 guys traded punches back and forth until McNeil finally got the advantage when he knocked out Newton in the 7th round. Todd McNeil now at age 29 has a record of 29-5.

McNeil’s trainer Vinnie said, “I got to tell you this kid, you have a lot of heart and you give it your all every time you step into the ring.”

Todd McNeil replies, “I want a shot at the heavy weight title against Andre (Killer) Morris Vinnie!”

Vinnie answers, “Kid he will knock you into next week, you don’t stand a chance against this kid.”

Todd McNeil’s response is, “But I’m hungry, I can go the distance and pull off an upset just train me.”

Vinnie replies, “I admire your optimism but he will knock you out kid.”

Todd McNeil answered, “I can beat all the odds that are stacked against me.”

Vinnie says, “You know what you got a lot of guts kid and I will take you up on your challenge and set up the title bout with you and Andre Morris.”

“All I want is a chance to prove to the world that I can pull off the upset,” utters Todd McNeil.

Andre Morris issued a challenge to anyone who wanted to challenge him for the title.

He responded by saying, “If there is a challenger that will fight me and can last 5 rounds and can beat me then I will congradulate him for beating me.”

Todd McNeil stepped up and said, “Hey Andre Morris, I will challenge you for your heavy weight title!”

Andre Morris replied, “Alright Todd McNeil you’re on, the fight will be in Madison Square Garden!”

The fight would take place in Madison Square Garden. The trainers had a chance to train their fighters for the title. No boxer was taking anything lightly. Vinnie was working on helping Todd McNeil’s focus level for the fight. Andre Morris was taking out his aggression on the punching bag.

It was a sellout crowd at Madison Square Garden and the ring announcer would announce the fighters as they prepared to fight.

Vinnie gave Todd McNeil some words of advice by saying, “The best advice that I can give you is to fight this guy hard kid and go out there and win!”

Todd McNeil was motivated from that.

The announcer said, “First the challenger at 5’ 11” tall weighing at 205 LBS from Scranton, PA Todd McNeil.“

Naturally the crowd booed because Todd McNeil was from Pennsylvania.

Then the announcer said, "And here is your heavy weight champion at 6’ 1” weighing at 215 LBS from Brooklyn, New York they call him the “Killer instinct” Andre (Killer) Morris.“

The crowd is on their feet cheering their hometown favorite champion Morris.

The ref told the 2 fighters, "Hey, I want a clean fight, no hitting below the belt, and watch out for the rabbit punches.”

The bell rings for round 1 to begin: Andre Morris is lighting Todd McNeil up with a series of right and left uppercuts to the face. Todd McNeil tries to punch Andre Morris in the jaw but Andre Morris ducks and uppercuts Todd McNeil in the stomach. Andre Morris is catching Todd McNeil with quick jabs to the face. Todd McNeil was trying to fight back but couldn’t connect with any of his uppercuts. Andre Morris again is lightning Todd McNeil up with more quick jabs to Todd McNeil’s face and have him up against the ropes and they are holding each other. The ref tells them to break it up. McNeil is able to get in a couple of jabs to Morris’s head right before the bell rings. It was the end of round 1 and Morris takes round 1 easily against McNeil.

Both boxers go to their trainers and Vinnie tells McNeil, “Hey kid don’t quit because you have more heart than him; he is just a fighter like you.”

Gus tells Morris, “You got him right where you want him, put him away kid.”

The bell rings for round 2 to start: Morris is catching McNeil with a series of lightning quick jabs and uppercuts to the chest and stomach. McNeil catches Morris with a nice uppercut to the head. Morris answers with an uppercut to McNeil’s face and cut his eye open with that vicious blow. McNeil is trying to fight back with his one good eye and is able to catch Morris with uppercuts to his stomach and ribs and is able to catch him with a nice left hook to the jaw and knocks him on the ground. The ref counts 1, 2,3,4 and Morris gets back up. Morris is trying to catch McNeil with rights and lefts jabs but McNeil is dodging his hits. The bell rings and the fighters go back to their trainers. After 2 rounds it’s even at 1 apiece.

Morris was stunned by McNeil’s left hook in Round 2 of their Heavy Weight Championship boxing match that knocked Morris on the ground. Morris was able to get back up after the 4 count.

Gus to Morris: “Kid don’t play nice, you got to beat this punk up good!”

Vinnie to McNeil: “Nice round McNeil you was able to weather the storm. Stay in the fight kid!”

Round 3 begins: Morris catches McNeil with a series of jabs to the face and head. McNeil tries to catch Morris with a right hook to the face but Morris dodges it and uppercuts McNeil in the face and continues to catch McNeil with jabs to McNeil’s face. McNeil catches Morris with jabs to his chest and stomach. Morris catches McNeil with uppercuts to the ribs. McNeil tries to uppercut Morris in the head, but Morris dodges it and catches McNeil with uppercuts to the face and a really nice uppercut to the jaw that sent McNeil to the ground. The ref counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 but McNeil somehow gets up to beat the 10 count. Morris is toying with McNeil with jabs to the face and head and jabs to the ribs and stomach. McNeil answers with uppercuts to the stomach. McNeil tried to catch Morris with a right hook to the jaw but Morris ducked and uppercuted McNeil in the face that sends McNeil right back on the ground again. The ref counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 but McNeil fights through the pain and refuse to stay down as he gets back up to beat the 10 count again. Morris clearly dominated the challenger McNeil in that 3rd round as the bell rings and both fighters go to their trainers.

Gus to Morris: “Kid you gave that kid the VIP (Very Intense Pain) treatment more punishment kid more punishment!”

Vinnie to McNeil: “McNeil continue to fight hard because you have a heart of a champion kid!”

Round 4: The bell rings for round 4 to begin. McNeil catches Morris with jabs to the head and stomach. Morris continues to catch McNeil with those lightning quick jabs to the face and head. Morris is catching McNeil with uppercuts to the stomach and Morris catches McNeil with a series of jabs to the ribs. McNeil answers with jabs to Morris’s face and chest. Morris waits patiently for McNeil to do an uppercut which McNeil tries to uppercut Morris in the head, but Morris cleverly dodges it and have McNeil up against the ropes. Morris catches McNeil with a nice left hook to the face that sent McNeil to the ground. The ref counts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 but McNeil gets back up in time with a second before being knocked out for the count. The fighters go to their trainers as the bell rings and it’s the end of round 4. McNeil took a brutal beating in these last 2 rounds. Morris takes rounds 3 and 4 by knocking down the challenger McNeil 3 times before he got up to barely beat the 10 count every time and it was on to that decisive 5th round. McNeil took a brutal beating those last 2 rounds.


Finally, it was time for the bell to ring for the decisive 5th round for the title. Morris continues to beat on McNeil with a series of rights and lefts jabs to his ribs. McNeil looked so exhausted from the punishment he took in rounds 3 and 4 but McNeil never quit. McNeil put together a combination of jabs to Morris’s face and head. Morris tried to hit McNeil in the other eye to try to cut it open, but McNeil was able to duck and was able to catch Morris with uppercuts to the ribs.


Gus angrily responded, “What are you doing kid, fight back don’t go toe to toe with this kid he will knock you out!”
Morris wasn’t fighting smart at all and allowed for it to be a trading punches fight with him and McNeil.

Vinnie said, “Go for it McNeil you got this kid!”

McNeil and Morris continued to trade punches in the 5th and decisive round. McNeil caught Morris with a right hook to the nose and a nice uppercut in the eye. McNeil was jabbing away at Morris’s chest and stomach. Morris tried to move back but was up against the ropes. McNeil uppercuted Morris in the jaw and Morris fell on the ground. The ref counted 1, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10.

The ref said, “You’re out! The winner and the new heavy weight champion Todd McNeil.”

The crowd cheered as Todd McNeil who was an underdog pulled off an upset to Andre Morris. After the fight was over Todd McNeil and Andre Morris shaked hands and Andre Morris congradulated Todd McNeil.

Fictional Story: Rosemary & her godchildren (10-14-21)

Rosemary Singleton 50, who is single and don’t have any children of her own is a proud godparent of her really good friends Phil 48 & Joni Stuckey 44 five children and been to all of the Stuckey’s children’s baby christenings. Rosemary from Kalamazoo, MI drives about 47 minutes to the Stuckey family home in Grand Rapids. Mr. & Mrs. Stuckey have 5 kids. The oldest boy Philip, Jr, 15, Jake 13, the second oldest, Amber 9, the third oldest, and fourth and fifth oldest twin boy and girl (Ronnie & Rita) 6, Ronnie is 2 minutes older than his baby sister Rita. Rosemary hooked up with the Stuckey’s 15 years ago to be exact.

Rosemary and the Stuckey’s met when Phil and Joni were newlyweds. Neither of them had experience caring for a newborn when they had their first born. Rosemary have been babysitting since she was 13 and she knew how to change the baby or babies' diapers and Rosemary knew when a baby or babies were hungry or tired. Here is how Rosemary became godmother to the Stuckey family 5 children, the Stuckey’s could never get a babysitter when Phil and Joni had to go to work. Rosemary would watch the Stuckey’s children when they had to go to work or go out of town on business to visit Phil or Joni Stuckey’s in-laws. 

The very first time Rosemary picked up the Stuckey’s oldest Philip and put a pacifier or bottle in Philip’s mouth when Philip was a toddler, Philip was always quiet. Rosemary had an instinct of a mother on how to help the Stuckey’s baby or babies no matter who was crying on how to keep them from crying. Rosemary was good at helping the Stuckey family children with their homework. Rosemary would read the Stuckey’s children bedtime stories, and Rosemary made wonderful desserts like white chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin caramel pie, and apple streusel crumb cake. Rosemary bounded with the Stuckey family so well that the Stuckey’s a long time ago decided that it was left up to Rosemary to set a price on her salary. Rosemary never really cared about that kind of thing because her friendship with the Stuckey’s is worth much more to her than money. Rosemary spoils her godchildren no matter how often she babysits for the Stuckey’s.
